Hi,I am facing some problem. Till now our mail server was running correctly. But today i get the bounce back that says --> #550 5.7.1 Client host rejected: cannot find your reverse hostname, [] ##Now when i created a reverse dns entrly for my ip address that points to my edge servers mails start going to spam folder... But before creation of the reverse dns its going to inbox without any problems.Why? And how to resolve it......Thanks,Sandeep Yadav.

HI, ya it will take some times (48 Hrs)to update your new PTR records on DNS servers think thats the issues happened for you.RegardsChinthaka
