are they being removed from exchange or ending up in the deleted items folder?Check for any AV/Spam software that may be filtering, also, as Vinod suggestsed, what does your environment look like? When did the problem start? Has it always done this? Did you just complete a migration?SF - MCITP:EMA, MCTS

Hi, Please check your Scan Mail, if there has any rules or filters. Wed better to check the scan log to see if any message has been deleted. Also please check if you have proper configured for your Scan Mail, you can check it with the following article. File-Level Antivirus Scanning on Exchange 2007 http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb332342.aspx Besides, what do you mean message header?Subject? Where do you check the message header. Please try to post it here. Regards, Xiu

In next step I would play with outlook server and client side rules... Take backup of all existing outlook rules, delete those and then follow below article to delete any corrupt/hidden/stale rules with MFCMapi and test the issue. Is the message showing up in OWA? I'm curious if it is client side or server side. Are you using Outlook Cache mode? Is this happening for every user in the organziation or some select users? When did this problem begin, were there any changes to the environment, or a Workstation update etc? SF - MCITP:EMA, MCTS

In the last few days what changed to your environment? These users didn't install a third party app or tool bar on their systems have they? What happens if they go to another workstation that works and tries? Does this problem exist for these users if POP3 isn't being used?SF - MCITP:EMA, MCTS

hi,it is happening on only some of the mails , not the workstation problem. if you send the same mail to another user ,when the user reply or forward of that mail , that mail is not delieverd . i search it and there is one solution is suggest that it happens if you reply or forward mails from mail comes from rules.i dont know it is happening on some of the mail not everyone
