Hi, By default, External Recipients MailTip is turned off. You can turn it on using the Set-OrganizationConfig cmdlet. That's correct. I have turned it on and set the external URL. I have also enabled basic authentication but the users are still getting mailtips cannot be displayed. I will post the config in about an hour once I get to work.
