Maintaining a journaling mailbox in exchange 2007
I admin an exchange 2007 server for about 50 users, I set this server up about four months ago, I turned on journaling about 2-3 months ago. Currently the journaling mailbox has grown to to 29.5 GB in that amount of time. I won't be able to support this growth for too long. I was just wondering if anyone can help me figure out best practice in this situation where data retention is extremely important.

I would look at 3rd party archiving products. Message Journaling is a poor substitute.
