Hi,Did you try to transfer the roles from the primary DC to ADC or Seize the roles ? Because the transfer will not work as your primary DC is down. So you have to Seize FSMO roles to your ADC Server.Please follow the section "Seize FSMO roles" from the below article.http://support.microsoft.com/kb/255504

Apart from what Sanjay Suggested, you should change the DC name on the RUS etc. Also u need to see if the DNS entries are intact. Also make sure that if you seize roles, the first DC should never come back to the domain. Also make sure that you use metadata clean up to clean the AD.Raj
