I have a question that Im having a hard time finding the answer for. I just bought a rack server from dell and I put server 2008 on it. My question is can I manage server 2008 from my office running XP SP3? I would like to know before I put it in to production. Thanks

First wouldn't this be better posted in the server 2008 forums than the exchange forums? Either way I think you need to elaborate more on what you mean by "can I manage server 2008".

I thought this was in the Admin section. The description states all server roles not just exchange. I just wanna know If i have to upgrade to vista to manage server 2k8.

TechNet Forums Exchange Server Admin Manage Server 2008 with XP SP3 Regardless, I don't know of any reason you can't administer a 2008 server from an xp machine, I think there might be some upgrades for a few things, like mmc 3.0 and an upgraded rdp client for connecting to server 2k8. But everything else should run off xp and/or you should be able to connect just fine to a 2k8 server.
