I have a mailbox which about 10 users are accessing. All these users got the "Manage Full Access Permission". However 2 of these users are unable to send e-mails as this mailbox. They are running Outlook 2007. Anyone have any ideas?

Full Access is different than Send As permissions. If you are on Exch 2007/2010, just right-click on the shared mailbox in EMC and select the manage Send As option. Tim Harrington - Catapult Systems - http://HowDoUC.blogspot.com
