Hi,Server: Exchange 2007 Standard SP1 update roollup 6Client: Outlook 2007, Internet Explorer. I applied Managed Folder Mailbox Policy to Deleted Items and Junk E-mail folder to delete email older 5 day(by moving) and older 30 days (by receiving). In Email client we have next notifications:All Emails in the Deleted Items folders are permanently purged after 1 day. All Emails in the Junk E-mail folders are permanently removed after 1 days according to company policy. Please check your Junk Folder regularly for legitimate emails. The policies are working correct, but the notifications are incorrect and provoke a lot questions from management as well.
