Hello I'm running Exchange 2007 SP2, on our servers, our Managed Folder Assistant runs at 20:00 - 04:00 ever day local time. We have a shared maibox that is used by our counterparts in US, and they want the MFA to run at a different time. Is this possible? Can we set a different MFA rule for this one maibox on the server without moving the maibox to another server? Secondly, when should the MFA run in respect to backups and online maintenance and why?

Hi Joe, Per my known, the Managed Folder Assistant is scheduled based on server not mailbox, so we could not achieve your target. We'd better not let the schedule time of the MFA, backup and maintenance conflicting. Regards!
