Managed default folders settings
Hi There,
Is there anyway to apply Managed Default Folders settings to different user groups rather than have it as a global settings?It seems there is a lot of shortcoming if it is used as global settings.
1. If I created a new Managed Content Settings for "Inbox" to forwardanyemails older than 60 daysto a Managed Custom Folders, then everyone has to assigned with this "Managed folder mailbox policy" for this managed custom folders.
2. What happen if the "Managed Content Settings" is assigned to "Inbox" but the Managed Custom folders is not assigned to users?
Could you assign Managed folder mailbox policy into user group rather than user, it is a bit too much to apply it one by one with exception user that might be using some other policy.
