Many users with one mail box
Is there a way to "attach" many users to a common mailbox?. The mailbox must be the primary for all users and the users do not have any other mailbox just one in common. Thanks

Hi, I think you mean you want some users’ Outlook connect to the same account in Exchange server? If so, PRF file can do the trick. Regarding the detail steps, please refer to the following articles: Customizing Outlook Profiles by Using PRF Files http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ork2003/HA011402581033.aspx Automatically Create an Outlook Profile on Logon http://www.markmmanning.com/blog/2007/11/automatically-create-outlook-profile-on.html Hope this helps.
