after this error messages next day the outlook of the user always shows him as disconnected. I try to connect the outlook manually to the exchange server but doesnt works.

Did you read this support article?
It is an Exchange 2003 article but this probably works for Exchange 2007 too
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/842022
Similar kind of article for Exchange 2007 but it explains that Exchange SP1 and higher have same settings

Did either of these resolove the issue?? as I have it on one user from time to time, and only a reboot of the server seems to resolve it for a few weeks.

I think this may be down to the client.....in my issue, its just one user that seems to be the issue.....I am try to address the client machine and software, i.e., Outlook.....also this user is a blackberry user too.....not sure if this will casuse an issue too.
