Hi,
First, please make sure you have removed the virus from your computer completely.
We may try to follow the instructions in the following KB article to recover your data:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/820741
Methods for Recovering Data in Corrupted Excel Files:
- Use a recovered copy of the document.
- Use the Open and Repair command.
- Save the file in HTML format.
- Save the file in XML Spreadsheet format.
- If a chart is linked to the corrupted file, use a macro to extract the data.
If above methods don't work, you'll need to find some third-part tool to try recovering your data.
Good Luck!

If you got a virus that makes you unable to open any of your documents and pictures, you may have caught a Ransomcrypt or Cryptolocker type virus that encrypts them. Here are two things to try:
1. Go to the following site and see if it can generate a decryption code for you. This usually only can save files damaged by older variants of this virus, but it's worth a shot:
https://www.decryptcryptolocker.com/
2. Try restoring the document from a previous version. To do this, right click anywhere in the folder and click "Properties" to see the folder properties. Click on the Previous Versions tab, and it will show you any shadow copies that have been saved of those documents. If you have any, select one from before the time the virus affected your computer, and you should be able to restore the file from there.
Good luck!
