Meeting Organizer's Meetings Disappearing - Archives
We are having a strange problem, that I am hoping someone has seen before. Meetings seem to be randomly disappearing from the meeting organizer's calendar. After a closer look, it is seeming more that the Sent Item of the meeting is being AutoArchived by the date sent, and then is disappears from the users calendar. Example: Meeting scheduled by UserAfor August 17, sent on March 6th UserBresponds to meeting. AutoArchiving happens for items older than 30 days old on April 15th in User A's mailbox The Sent Item for this meeting goes into the Archive folder Meeting for August 17 comes off User A's calendar. All calendar items older than 30 days appear just fine on an archive calendar. -Jennifer- Ocean Spray

Hi Jennifer, If you disable the AutoArchived on the Sent Items folder on the Problem User Client, whether the issue can be solved. 1. Right Click the Sent Items folder and Click Properties 2. Click AutoArchive tab and select Do not archive items in this folder If the issue persists, please let me know: 1. Whether the issue only occurs on specific users 2. Whether the mailboxes are synchronized with any mobile devices (Blackberry, GoodLink) 3. Whether the problem mailbox has delegate 4. Please also let me know the Exchange and Outlook Version In addition, please also check whether the following KB is helpful to troubleshoot the issue: Description of common scenarios in which Calendar information may be removed from the Calendar or may be inaccurate.
