Meeting Request - Disable Send Button if Conflict
I cannot say I remember this feature in previous versions of Exchange, that being said, one thing the users can do is go to the Scheduling Assistant button and see what times are open for all users. On the lower right hand corner are Suggested Times
that will show the amount of conflicts per time. The user can then pick the best time. This will not do what you want, but it could prevent these messages with a bit of user training.JAUCG

Hello,
Currently we are running Exchange 2010 and Outlook 2010 clients.
I the past prior versions of exchange I believe , when booking a meeting for a resource room if there was a conflicting meeting when pressing the send button it would stop you right away saying there was a conflict and would not let you send the
request at all.
In Exchange 2010/Outlook 2010 send booking a room and there's a conflict we are able to hit the send button and a few moments later we'll receive a Decline email, is there a way to enable the old method again? As users go to book meetings, hit the send button
and walk away to the meeting room before the decline is received.
Any Ideas?
Thanks
