Meeting Room Manager
I was asked to implement meeting room manager on the exchange level - create a mailbox for every meeting room and assign secretaries permissions to update. It looks a bit ugly as I have to create 15 mailboxes for every meeting and give 20 secretaries permission to update it. Is there more elegant way to achieve that on the Exchange level? ThanksElijah.

Upgrade to Exchange 2007 and you could easily script it in PowerShell.-- Ed Crowley MVP"There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems.". I work for a company that produces exactly this type of room scheduling software. It can be used with Outlook and Exchange 2000 or newer although it doesn't need Exchange, it uses a SQL Server database to store the rooms, users, etc. It has AD authentication and single sign on capabilities so you don't need to create any users. The permissions are managed through profiles and the best of it is that you can designate an application administrator who doesn't need to know any SQL or Exchange and they can configure it back and forth as much as they want without affecting your AD or Exchange server. Not sure if I'm allowed to post a link here - the product it's called VisualTime just google for it.
