Meeting Room in scheduling assistant

Hi all

I have a question about meeting room.

If I create  a meeting request (I'm the sender), in this meeting in my calendar, through scheduling assistance, I can view the people invited and the meeting room assigned.

The receivers, in this meeting through their scheduling assistance, can see only the attendees and not the meeting room.

Is it possible to enable by default the meeting room view to all attendees ?

Regards

Chris

Hi,

It is by design. Only the meeting organizer can view the room mailbox free/busy information through the scheduling assistant for a meeting request.

The meeting attendees can't view the room availability information in this meeting request. If the recipient wants to view the room mailbox information, he can directly open the room calendar from Outlook, the default permission for room mailbox can allow client users view the free/busy information for a room mailbox.
