Memory Pool Non-Pages Bytes High and Users cannot login to OWA
User's cannot login to OWA logon screen just hangs. Server was rebooted but that does not resolve the problem. SCOM only shows a Memory Pool Non-Pages Bytes High alert.

Hi,
Nonpaged pool memory is a limited resource on 32-bit architecture systems. It is dependent on how the server is setup to manage memory and is calculated at system startup. The amount of nonpaged pool allocated on a given server is a combination of
overall memory, running/loaded drivers and if the /3GB switch has been added to the boot.ini file. Mike legasy had written a very good article on this, Please go thru with this to fix this issue.

Ifyou're running out of critical memory then IIS is going to stopaccepting logins to prevent a complete exhaustion of that memory. You may have a memory leak, or a badly configured, or overloadedmachine.---Rich MatheisenMCSE+I, Exchange MVP--- Rich Matheisen MCSE+I, Exchange MVP
