Is it possible to evenly distribute messages as they are sent using Microsoft Exchange 2010. Example: Instead of having 20 messages go to 1 user; can the messages me divided amongst 4 users i.e., 5 message/user? The terminology used by the individual asking the question was "load balance" I am not sure if that is what this is considered. Keep in mind I know nothing about Microsoft Exchange servers and how they work, I was just asked to research this. Please HELP!!!

No you cannot control the bifurication of the message like that. Messages are load balanced across your Hub transport servers using round robin. For example you send an email in outlook, outlook will then notify a CAS server in the same site that a message is ready for pick up. The next time you send again outlook may notify another CAS server etc. However you can't control the splitting of messages like how you described.
