Message Headers
Hiya,We have a user who has an old user's email address bound to her acount. When she receives email to the old user it shows in Outlook as being sent to her (display name). Other than viewing the message header for email that she thinks was sent to the old user, is there an easier way?She doesn't want a rule to move such email into a sub-folder!Thanks

She has to create a rule based on message header in outlook in order to distinguish between her emails and old email address. Other than that i dont think there is any easy option. The mails addressed to old email will display the name of current user which is by design. or else you will have remove the old email address from current user and re-instate the old user mailbox and grant access to current user on that mailbox

Hi,As Vinod said, the rule is the best method to resolve this issue.Forthe authoritative email address, Exchange always resolve the user as Display Nameby using legacyExchangeDN attribute.ThanksAllen
