Message Tracking not working for restricted user
Hello! I have an issue with message tracking that I need some help with. I've created a group for my help desk techs that contains the following roles: AD permissions, distribution groups, mail recipient creation, mail recipients, and message tracking. When I use the EMC and click Message Tracking, I get an error of "Message Tracking is currently unavailable". I can pull up the EMS and successfully run the get-messagetrackinglog command. This issue persists if I add all the other 51 roles to the group as well. I've done some searching but the solutions I've found so far, such as check the virtual directory name, don't appear to be relevant. I, as an Organization Management user can use message tracking from the GUI no problem. We're running SP1, rollup 4, with a build # of 218.15. Thanks in advance!

Nope. The internalurl field is populated. It does work when I login, it's just the restricted user I created that it fails for.

How is the restricted user connecting to use MT? Are they using powershell remotly? Or the EMC on the server or on their desktop?Sukh
