Message bodies appearing blank in messages within public folders?
We seem to have run into this issue only recently (i.e. the last couple of days). Public folders sync correctly, and show all relevant email information except the message content. There is no antivirus running and I've tested on OWA as well to similar results. We're running Exchange with a mixture of Outlook 2007 and Outlook 2010 on the office computers'. I've searched for similar issues, and tried the solutions suggested in each to no success. If anyone has experienced and conquered this issue, your help would be greatly appreciated, Cheers, Tadeo Baljevic

Hi Please post version of exchange Do you find event error on exchange server? Do you install any 3 rd add-in software on your client? 1. Mail in public folder is broken. You can try to send email to public folder and test again. 2.Client blocks email content.

Hi, we had the same problem and solved it by switching off integration of Eset NOD32 antivirus with email clients. Hope it helps.
