Message going to Categorizer twice
Hi all,We are running Exchange 2003 SP2 Enterprise in a clustered environment. Server are in a front-end/Back-end config and there is a McAfee "appliance" acting as the smtp gateway. We noticed that a message runs through the categorizer twice (not globally just a single message - NOTE: user only received a single message)What could cause this? Below is a sample:SMTP: Message Submitted to Advanced QueuingSMTP: Started Message Submission to Advanced QueueSMTP: Message Submitted to CategorizerSMTP: Message Categorized and Queued for RoutingSMTP: Message Queued for Local DeliverySMTP: Message Delivered Locally to myuser@mydomain.comSMTP Store Driver: Message Delivered Locally to Store to myuser@mydomain.comSMTP: Message Submitted to Advanced QueuingSMTP: Started Message Submission to Advanced QueueSMTP: Message Submitted to CategorizerSMTP: Message Categorized and Queued for RoutingSMTP: Message Queued for Local DeliverySMTP: Message Delivered Locally to myuser@mydomain.comSMTP Store Driver: Message Delivered Locally to Store to myuser@mydomain.com

Hi,Was this issue only occurred on one user? Could you reproduce this issue?Whether Outlook client has the add-in or rule which sent the two messages, since the Exchange store has the duplicate detection mechanism which make the recipient receive only one email.http://msexchangeteam.com/archive/2004/07/14/183132.aspxThanksAllen
