Message text in Sent Items Folder Different from what is in Reading Pane

Hello,

I have a user who has messages in with missing words in Sent Items but the same message in the Reading Pane looks correct, it is not missing any words.

I have looked a View settings, even reset the View, but I can't anything obvious that would cause this. Has anyone heard of this before? Could it be a patch? Could it Word? We are using IE8 due to enterprise requirements.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Hi,

From your description, I would like to verify the missing words issue occurs to one user or some users. What's more, please check if this issue occurs when using OWA, Outlook or both of them.

Besides, if possible, please take your time to post the screenshot for further research.

Best regards,

Sorry Amy, I was away for awhile.

The user is also away. If the problem does not occur in OWA what would you suggest? Any help is appreciated.

Hi,

If OWA doesn't have this issue, the issue is related to Outlook side. It is recommended to use Outlook safe mode to determine whether the issue is related to add-ins.

Hope this can be helpful to you.
