Offline your active CCR, defrag this, then reseed this again to the passive.
Remove your passive db before reseeding.Sukh

Generally speaking, we don't recommand to do defragmentation.
But still have some situations are exclude.

I suggest you do not defragment and instead move the mailboxes to a new databases and delete the old DB. Much cleaner and less downtime

you will have to ressed again, not automatic.Sukh
