Hello,

Are you saying that the mailbox shows this behavior recently and worked before?

If not, make sure that the mailbox has setup properly.

Run the following cmdlet and see if the mailbox setup correctly:

Get-Mailbox -Identity "User Name" | fl

Alternatively, you can go to EAC and see that the mailbox has setup properly and not shows any warning/errors

yes its has been working fine for months and just stoped working today, the user had to change an expired password today thought so could that have caused an issue?

Ok so I answed my own question, it was a username issue, I found that when one of the other tech created her email they used firstinitialLastname in Exchange but linked it to her AD account of lastname firstinitial not sure how this is working but if you use one username they get the mailbox cant be found obviously but use the right one and it works. Thanks for you input.
