I have a number 2008R2 RDS servers and they all have Office 2010 32 bit installed, all fully patched. Other then windows updates these systems have been pretty static for some time.

I have appv'ed an internally built app. Recently on 2 of the handful of servers (all the servers are the same) the application has started throwing the following error:

This started happening after windows updates and a deployment of a new build of the app. So i can find version 14 of the file on all the servers but not version 12. I would expect this as Office 2010 is installed.

The odd thing is only 2 servers have this issue. I have tried a repair install of Office as well as a redeploy of the appv package.

Im on the system side and im not too sure where else to look i think its a code issue i cant find any reason the server OS would reference this specific DLL and its the app tossing the error, but i cant figure out why only 2 of my servers would have this issue and not the others.
