Microsoft 365 Outlook Problems

I am so sick of the nonsense since I upgraded to this bloody program for which I now have to pay annually.  Seriously?  

First, the calendar keeps defaulting to Pacific time.  Why?  Even Microsoft's people cannot figure it out.

Second, I want to delete calendars but cannot seem to do so.  Why?

My cursor acts like its a flake or something and jumps to various points on the screen.  Why?  It never did this before.  Microsoft techies are "looking into it."

Also my Outlook constantly disconnects and fails.  Its a JOKE!

I wish windows had never been invented.   This is cumbersome and Godaweful.  

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

First, if Microsoft's people can't figure it out, ask to escalate.  (I'm assuming you've opened a support ticket.)

Second, exactly what are you trying to do, how are you trying to do it, and what happens when you try?  Seriously you really can't expect a coherent answer to the kinds of questions you're asking.

You didn't ask, but my connections to Office 365 stay up all the time and give me practically no trouble at all, so I don't think it's the service that's your problem.
