Email with attachment > 1 MB; CC is not deliveredEmail with attachment < 1 MB; CC is delivered Exchange 2003 running on Windows 2003 R2 Std Ed SP 2 Happens with both OWA or Outlook. No errors or non-delivery reports.

Sounds like there is a 1 MB message limit. HI, You can set those limits in three places. Please check these place and verify that limits whether suite or not with your requirement. Global Settings ============= 1) Microsoft Exchange System Manager--->Expand Global Settings--->Right Click message Delivery--->properties 2) Click Default Tab 3) Check "Sending Message size" Connector Settings ================ 1) Microsoft Exchange System Manager--->Administrative Group--->routing group--->Connectors--->right click on connector--->properties 2) Click Content Restrictions tab 3) Verify "Only messages less than (KB) under allowed size SMTP virtual server setting ======================= 1) Microsoft Exchange System Manager--->Administrative Group--->Routing group--->Servers--->Expand server--->Protocols--->Right-click SMTP Virtual Server Name--->Properties 2) Click messages tab 4) Verify "Limit message size to (KB) and Limit session size to (KB) Please verify above places with your requirements. Hi Jackson, You mean if we send a mail with attachment >1MB to someone and cc someone, the recipients in "TO" field received the mail, but "cc" is not received such mail? Please use queue viewer and check if the mails stuck there, if so, please let us know the queues name in which emails stuck and "Additional Queue Information" of those queues. Please use message tracking to see more information about the problematic email and let us know the result.
