Hi Arjun,The Exchange 2003 with SP2 which you are using is a Standard edition or Enterprise ? If it's an Enterprise edition, then you really need to worry as the database size is almost unlimited. But if it's a Standard edition then it's a problem. If you increase the size, the store might go offline.Refer to :http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa998066(EXCHG.65).aspxIn Exchange 2007, there is no such limitations for Database size.

I believe the max size for 2003 SP2 is 75 gigs. Once this is exceeded the database is dismounted and the size will have to be reduced in order to restore functionality. See the following link for info on Exchange 2007 storage group and database limitations http://www.computerperformance.co.uk/exchange2007/exchange2007_storage_groups.htm.Michael

Hi,The database size limits for Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 Standard Edition is 75GB. Enterprise Edition doesn't have a maximum database size limit. When the database size reaches the size limit, the database shuts down autmatically. For the Exchange 2007, there is no database size limit.http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/Exchange-2007-Store-Related-Changes-Improvements.htmlThanksAllen

HI,Exchange 2007 STD Edition supports 5 storage groups and 5 databases. Each database has a size limit of 16TB.This limitation is due to hardware limitation.Exchange 2007 standard Edition has a default limit as well. It has a default limit of 50GB per database with RTM, with Exchange 2007 Sp1 it has change to 250GB. You would still need to edit the registry as below.Exchange Server 2007 Standard Edition - Unlimited Database size???http://blogs.technet.com/haroldwong/archive/2007/05/04/exchange-server-2007-standard-edition-unlimited-database-size.aspx
