Hi, This is the very first time I am getting the following error message sent to me. But I dont have the senders details. When I opened ourlook in the moring it was there in my deleted Items. Please help me know the reason for this error. We have a different domain and it is configured to the exchange server. IS you outlook and mail working , This is an error from synchronization log,

Hi, Please try to recreate a profile for the account in the Outlook, and then check whether the issue persists. And I also think your Outlook can send or receive e-mail normally, am I right? I will have a further discussion with you if your problem has not been solved. Best regards, Serena
