Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 Hardware Migration
Greetings,
We are moving to new location, So planning to change all Server Hardwate including DC and MS EXCHANGE SERVER. We want to setup the existing infrastructre to new location in new Hardware.
So My questian is How to move all MS exchange server 2010 roles to new hardware
We have Hub transport and CAS roles in one server
Mailboxes in another Server
Edge suscription in one server.
So total three servers to be upgraded as it is. what is the step by step process for this.

I am assuming that you are doing full server replacements rather than just in place hardware upgrades of particular components.
The procedure would be as follows
Build new server with OS add to domain and install required Exchange Roles
CAS: Point existing reverse proxy rules/firewall rules to new server
HT: Change and send connector source servers and create any receive connectors. If you have servers/MFP's that use the existing HT as a mail relay point them to the new server
MB: Move all mailboxes to the new server.
Edge: Create new Edge subscription to new HTMatt Cline - MCSE+M, MCITP: EA | EMA (2007, 2010) | Lync 2010 Blog: exchangeadventures.com

Hi
1. You should install new mailbox server and move mailbox and database to new server.
2. move hub and cas roles. You can read this case.
You can read this
post
3. install new edge and replace the old one.
