Hi,

I'm using MacOs with Microsoft Office 2011 installed and I'm having issues with synchronizing my mailbox with the Microsoft Exchange 2010 at my workplace.

In the native Mac web client all is working fine, as well as on Iphone or Outlook Web Access, so this is not a server-side problem.

In Outlook 2011 I can send emails, but I'm unable to receive them. Outlook keeps downloading files from the server over and over again (more than 15000 emails) whenever I log into my account, even though it all had already been downloaded.

Please help or advise as to what I can do to solve the problem.

Some facts that might contrbute to the problem (or not)

-Around a year ago I migrated my identity file from Entourage. 

- I have a lot of mails and my Exchange mailbox is 30GB (10GB is filled in)

- I have two other identity files attached with my archived emails stored on my PC (not synced with Exchange)
