Hi, I put the factory settings to my 5-year old Samsung laptop because of problems. Recovery worked well. Only my office 2003 is uninstalled because there is no cd-station. I have the cd's and keys alright. I guess I need a free download office 2003.

I remember Microsoft offered a switch from 2003 to 2007 free at the time when they quit the 2003 back-up. I had 2007 before putting the factory settings. Please, can anyone help?
