I have Installed MS Office Standard 2013 and I couldn't find Microsoft office picture manger. I guess it doesn't include in the package. I need picture manger to edit picture frequently, can anyone let me know how to get the Microsoft office picture manger.

As you say, this feature is fully removed in Office 2013.

Picture Manager was released with Office 2003. The feature has basically been replaced by Windows Live Photo Gallery.

I don't know if you are satisfied with the results you received and the suggestion to use Live Photo Gallery, but I had the same issue and was able to get Picture Manager installed. I prefer Picture Manager and find it fits my needs perfectly. Other question threads pointed me in the right direction, but here is the basics. Microsoft Sharepoint Designer 2010 (formerly Microsoft Frontpage) contains Picture manager and Sharepoint Designer is a FREE download directly from Microsoft's "all downloads" section. You can download it, and to a custom install where the only thing you install is Picture Manager. Do this and you will have Picture Manager (not some program that is "like" Picture Manager) back on your system. Good Luck!

I installed it using sharepoint 2010 designer with office 2013. You can do that as well if your license allows, check out office picture manager installation
