I had a dell laptop that was dropped and then broken (I cant access any of my documents and nothing displays on my screen). I had office 2013 downloaded on to that laptop which was bought through my mothers work. We do not wish to have to spend more money on downloading office, which is why i am wondering how i get the office off of that laptop and on to my new one. Or how do i get that product code etc? Please give me a solution

If your old laptop is broken/tired, you will need to migrate Office to a new one. To do this, we will need to contact the customer service:
