Microsoft Outlook 2010 -hide unhide rows

hello,

in the message itself-

does anyone knows how to hide unhide rows by clicking the title row

example:

monday task  (title row)

1-retgert  (row to unhide/hide when clicking the title row)

2-gggf       (row to unhide/hide when clicking the title row)

(i had this feature on lotus notes)

thx

You'd click on the arrow or the +/- of the title row.

Telling us your Outlook version, the exact location where you are looking and a screenshot may help assisting you as well.

Oh, you mean creating collapsible tables within the message body?

That isn't a standardized format and only supported by Lotus Notes. These tables often end up showing expanded or mangled when received with a different mail client as well. In same cases, the table is not displayed at all.

If you really need to do something fancy with tables and you want to make sure the other end receives it as you intended it, then you should send it as an Excel attachment.
