My manager is sharing her contacts with me. I added contacts to her Contacts, but then I created Distributions Lists to place the contacts in the varied Lists. The program accessed MY CONTACTS but refused to allow me to access the Manager's contacts to insert contacts into her newly created Distributon Lists. Is there a way to do this in the "share" mode?

Pleaes confirm that you have a full access permission (a folder owner) on the properties of your manager's contact folder. Thanks.

What you need to do is be able to view your manager's contacts folder as an address book, and Outlook doesn't allow that to be done with shared folders. The easiest answer is to just copy the contacts to be added to the list over to your Contacts folder and add them from there. If you'd prefer not to intermingle the managers contacts with yours you can put them in a separate contacts subfolder.
