Microsoft Outlook 2010 consistently crashes running on Windows 7 64 bit
We have tried uninstalling/reinstalling Office, running the repair option, and disabling all of the add-ons and users are still experiencing the same issue.  It is on an Exhange Server.

How does such a Crash look like? Are there any error messages? Have you checked Windows event viewer, especially  Application log?
