I want to do a weird configuration for one of my outlook user, I want to have such a configuration that when the user is in office he will automatically connect to the local mail server that is x.x.x.7 and get its mail from there, but when the user gets out of the office he should get mails from the hosting directly, that is my.example.com

Is there any outlook account proxy changing plugin for this after installing that the user click on a button select his account setting.

Any suggestions...???

Hi,

The only close setting in Outlook is Exchange Proxy Settings.

Take Outlook 2013 for example, click FILE -> Account Settings -> Account Settings -> Double click on the Exchange Account -> More Settings -> Connection tab -> Exchange Proxy Settings. There you can configure your Exchange Proxy Settings, such as "Use this URL to connect to my proxy server for Exchange".

I haven't known other methods or add-ins to work for your configuration so far.
