My Manager, who has a Microsoft Partner log in is not able to download any software from MS Partner Page or MSDN Subscriptions. We need to report the case by an email. Please let me know which is the right email id to raise this concern. We have tried wradmin email id and received a tracking id and that a support agent will contact in 24 Hrs but nobody did.
But not sure, if they are the correct ones to raise this particular concern. Please advise.
