I'm not too familiar with Publisher so I hope I'm in the right place to get this answered. I work on a Helpdesk for a local company and a client is having a minor issue with Publisher. When he saves a label on a cloud server that they have set up another user is able to open the document without any issues. When she would open the document after placing it on her local desktop she would have formatting issues. Text would be missing or not in the same location. Curious as to why this would happen.
