I've been trying to install this driver for almost a week now, and I keep getting the same message on my Problem Reports and Solutions: Windows was able to successfully install device driver software, but the driver software encountered a problem when it tried to run. The problem code is 10. Any suggestions? I'm not quite sure what I'm doing wrong, but lately my whole system has been having issues. My iTunes won't work, either. I know almost nothing about computers, so is this driver error possibly connected to my iTunes issues? Thanks for any help you can give me!
