How would I create lines to go across and up and down to touch the ruler on the top and the left side?

How would I determine the center of the top and left side of the ruler?

How would I insert a picture to line up with the lines in the ruler after I place them

Hi,

I think the best option you can use is to turn on the gridlines option. You will find it under the View tab. This aligns with the ruler and makes it possible to place imgaes on an exact point.
