If you want to force the OAB to update rather than on the schedule then you run a command in EMS: get-offlineaddressbook | update-offlineaddressbook Then wait. Depending on how large your GAL is can vary the time it takes the OAB to generate. The clients will then have to manually download the OAB using the Send/Receive menu. That cannot be done centrally.
