Email server has been migrated from a HyperV on a US server to a UK server.

Once the client(s) have been pointed to the new server, emails start to update, however, all folders within the Inbox ( imap "subscribed" folders ) disappear.  All other mail functions are working properly.

When looking on the server, all folders/emails have been copied across during the migration, and when using "webmail" all folders can be seen/accessed.

When manually "re-subscribing" to these folders, all appear on the subscription list and can be selected, however they still do not pull back onto the client.

Using a mixture of both Outlook 2013 and Thunderbird clients, same issue applies for both.
