We are migrating exchange 2013 mailboxes to O365. We have set hold for "Lync Conversation" in on premise. After migrating, whether the hold data also gets migrated?

Yes the hold data will also migrate from Exchange 2013 to Office 365.  

When you place Exchange 2013 mailbox on hold, Lync content archived in the mailbox.

If the on-premises mailbox is on Litigation Hold or In-Place Hold, the hold settings are preserved after the mailbox is moved to Exchange Online.
