Yes the hold data will also migrate from Exchange 2013 to Office 365.
When you place Exchange 2013 mailbox on hold, Lync content archived in the mailbox.
If the on-premises mailbox is on Litigation Hold or In-Place Hold, the hold settings are preserved after the mailbox is moved to Exchange Online.
