Did someone know a best tools to Migrate Lotus to Exchange 2010 or 2013 and also the procedures

Jeff - you do not mention the version of Domino that you have as the transorter suite was tested up to  a certain version.

You will probably want to look for 3rd party tools so you do not have to do the double hop and the 3rd party tools can offer a more comprehensive migration experience to your users.

I cant recommend one vendor over another, but a quick Bing search will show you who the players are.

i will have to install exchange in the same forest as of Lotus, create all mailboxes and used the "dominotoexchange software"  to convert the nsf file to Exchange server. i will not used PST, prefer to put it directly into exchange. i see the document and it can be done.

Jeff, i have done this in the past using Quest Tools successfully. It is is not a simple and installing and starting migration you will have to certainly setup up proper design, migration strategy, funtions that works today in Domino and wont work in Exchange etc...

How many users?

they used it only for mail.

install Exchange, create mailboxes, configure Exchange for sending and receiving email. all users will access new mail throguh OWA. used thirdy tools to convert nsf to pst and configure user ms outlook and decommissioning lotus
