Some of the users are using outlook 2003,2007,outlook express for their official mail communication.Recently,i have purchased outlook 2013 Home & Business for emails.
when we install Home & Business 2013,whether all the emails in outlook 2007,2003,outlook express will automatically migrate to latest outlook 2103.After migrating into outlook 2013,whether we have to manually configure our email settings in outlook 2013.
After migrated into outlook 2013,then we can remove the outlook 2003,2007,outlook express.
#1 - People who are using Outlook Express which means that they are using Win'XP which in turn means that OL'2013 is not an option for them on their current 'XP configuration. You would need to migrate the OE data first to either an Outlook.com account OR
save the OE data files and use a 3rd party utility to import the OE data into Outlook
#2 - If installing '2013 on the <same> machine where '2003/'2007" is installed (and providing that these are not Win 'XP systems, OL'2013 will configure itself based on the profile(s) in use for '2003/'2007". '2013 will install "along
side" any earlier version of Office if you don't uninstall the old version first but that has no impact on OL'2013 using the original profile information. Profiles do not get deleted when Outlook is uninstalled.
#3 - If "migration" means moving to another machine - then yes, all email account info needs to be configured again for OL'2013. Ensure that you copy any required PST files from the old machine to the new one.
