Missing Admin Rights in Exchange 2010

Hello Everyone,

I have a little problem with my Exchange environment. My server crashed, I had to do a restore and log off / log in to the domain the Exch server. Now exchange running smoothly, but there is a problem. The exchange server has no administrator. When I try to create mailbox, distribution group or anything else I got the EM: I have insufficient permission.

Admin user has been added to the Exchange security groups again, and set the Inheritance in AD (In advanced view), but all of the Exchange Groups inheriting in 6-7 times, so added the groups by hand and for testing purposes gave full control on Admin user. But no result.

How can I restore the default admin rights (like fresh install of exchange) ?

Hi,
Pls make sure that the Exchange 2013 Server is a member of the following groups:

Exchange Install Domain Servers
Exchange Servers
Exchange Trusted Subsystem
Managed Availability Servers (If you are on CU1 or CU2)

Try the powershell command:

Add-PSSnapIn Microsoft.Exchange.Management.PowerShell.Setup
Install-CannedrbacRoles
Install-CannedrbacRoleassignments
This restores the default RBAC Role Assignments and should fix the issue.
